Bottle @ Post-Easter Procrastination, Ulfborg. Pours hazy straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of citrus, flowers and hops, with ,alty notes and touches of yeast. Sweetish flavour of malt and fruit, with bitter, hoppy notes and citric and funky touches. Rough and estery finish with notes of citrus. Okay.

Bottle @ home shared with Thompson. Slightly unclear yellow - golden color, average to medium sized white head. Aroma is wheat, yeast, slightly herbs or spices and fruitpeel. Taste yeast, herbs or spices, fruitpeel, fruitpeel bitter. Decent body, medium carbonation. Ok beer but not really my thing.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Saison-like, spicy, yeasty aroma, hints of brine, mustard seed, a touch of dill and unripe apricot, quince. Taste is peppery spicy yeasty, slightly herbal, citrusy hoppy interlacings, salty hints of brine, mustard seed, a cautious touch of sugar powder, some apricot and quince. Nice Farmhouse Ale.

Small snowwhite head, fast gone over clear metallic-golden beer. Spicy nose, barn/farmyard odours, rootspices. Touch of citrus. Maltsweetness but with disturbing touches of spicy bitterness, coriander and other citrus-like artifacts, yeastbyproducts, and something tasting really artificial - sweetener? Very spritzy, long-sticky flavour of these (sweetened) spices. Another would-be Belgian. Jumbled amalgam of contradictory and conflicting flavours.

Mother Kelly’s. Keg. Light haze on this gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and mildly crisp. Light sweetish malts, trace of cream, a touch of cream. Tinned fruits, mildly generic tropical. Little dry spice. Finishes light and dry. A bit stodgy taste wise.

Keg at Mother Kelly’s - London. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy whir head. Big yeasty aroma, some ripe lemon, dominant phenols, some pale bread. Heavy sweet flavor, lots of yeast, white sugar, ripe orange, wheat bread. Full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet finish, slight lemony tang, bitter hay, Belgian yeast, melon. Pretty tasty.

Sampled bottled @ ACBF 2015. Hazy golden, big white head. Nose is cold mineral, dull, sweet, grass. Taste is lemon, herbs, lightly lactic but overall very dull and sweet, hay, sweet wheat. Cold. Very bland at best. This is nothing farmhouse. (Thanks for sharing people!!!)
