Clear bright yellow golden color. Large head, large bubbles. Smell a little sour. Taste is ok but dull and a little spicy or herbal. Too much carbo.

0.75l bottle. It's a gusher and it pours a majestic hazy really unfiltered light golden-pale body with a nice fluffy white head. Aroma is fantastic yeasty-fruity with some apricot, orange zest, light sour green grapes and something that can bear resemblance to brandy. It somehow actually smells like spring to me. It has a nice smooth and oily mouthfeeling, average carbonation and medium-bodied. Flavors are much like the aroma; yeasty and fruity with notes of apples and there is undoubtfully some alcohol in here. Perhaps not to well integrated if you ask me, but it definitely gives off a nice lasting warming aftertaste. Really nice beer that from now on most likely will be my new new-year "champagne".

A slightly unclear yellow beer, quite carbonated and with a very nice and fluffy white head. Quite nice aroma, sweet malts, citrus, caramel and some peach. Dry flavour, fresh though rather sweet. Caramel. Rather fruity and touches of hops. Finish quite dry and hoppy with a pronounced lingering sweetness.

(Bottle, 0.75 l, at the 16th Kerstbierfestival) The beer poured yellow and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness and honey. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, honey, fruitiness, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was dry and fruity. Not a bad tasting brew but the specialness of this beer seems to be mostly marketing stuff.

Bottle (label says 11%): Hazy, some floaties visible, pale golden to golden, big lacy white head; solid orangey (with orange peel underneath) and citrussy nose, some malt, some yeast....; solid sweet flavour, full bodied; lingering sweet fruity (oranges, lemons) finish with alcohol and a balancing tartness in the aftertaste. Heavy, but sweet and boring.......

(bottle, 75cl, 11% abv) Hazy, pale golden colour with particles swimming around and a big and fluffy white foam. Yeasty spicy and delicately fruity aroma of apricots, citrus/lemon and zesty aspects, combined with moderately sweet and grainy pale malt and a whiff of alcohol. Sweet-bitter flavour, full bodied with a pleasant mousseux. Yeasty pale malty base with slightly vinous fruity notes and phenolic spices; sweet and moderately bitter-yeasty and hoppy finish with a well-integrated alcoholic burn. Pleasant. 03.XI.10

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy pale gold with a thick white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is very vinous and acidic and they are quite dominate with a bit of alcohol as well. Flavor is sweet with light grains and some sweet fruits and a bit of yeast. Pretty heavily carbonated.

Bottle with a best before of June 30, 2008 (currently March 4th, 2010, so this bottle is old). Gusher? Check. Pours with a large, long lasting, creamy white head over a murky yellow body. Aroma of grass, grainy, alcohol and pear. Light musty, bread and glazed pastry notes. Taste is alcohol, vanilla, nectarines, and various tangy stone fruit. Some peaches and creame. Slightly bitter finish. Odd combination of melted vanilla ice cream and tannic white grape skins. Warming alcohol. Lively carbonation, dry finish. This would be good for several more years.
