Thank you for sharing Israeli Crew! Sampled draft @ BAF 2016. Black, solid creamy mocha head. Nose is mellow roast, lightly burned, roast with substantial sweetness, sweetness dominates with big mocha, cinnamon is quite big, touch too big. Taste is low chili, lightly vegetable chili, syrupy, molasses, herbal, chocolate, low roast, solid malts. Body is bitter molasses, nicely syrupy. Pretty solid but enjoyed it quite a bit less than the Vanilla version.

Keg at The After Borefts Beer Festival, Kaapse Brouwers, Rotterdam, Sunday 25th September 2016. Pours black with a light beige rim, the chilli does offer a significant warmth, it’s a nice little burn, it lifts this beer a little compared to the vanilla version. Chilli and chocolate combine well here, steady burn and the otherwise flavours are somewhat sidetracked, not sure whether this is the chilli and cinnamon version as I thought it said just chilli but can see someone has rated it here so will add. On tap at NBF Delft 2016. Sweetish-malty, slightly roasty aroma of coffee, chocolate and cinnamon. Sweet, malty, moderately roasty and quite spicy taste of dark chocolate, coffee, licorice, lots of cinnamon and a bit of pepper, followed by a medium long, moderately roasty-bitter, slightly peppery finish. Medium to full body slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Well-balanced, tasty stuff.

Tap at WvhNLB2016 @ Grote Kerk, Den Haag. Opaque dark chocolate brown with brown head. Deep dark chocolate malts, spicy chili peppers, cinnamon. Peppers create a very deep and parfumed chocolate experience. Medium sweet, over medium spicy, light bitter. Smooth and rich feel, sharp peppers, like this.

Draft at The Hague beer festival. Black with a medium brown head. Aroma is herbal at first developing into cinnamon, fruity chilli notes, dark chocolate, roast, coffee, caramel and fudge. Flavour is light heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Full bodied with a chilli burn (nothing crazy, but a little too much), a moderate thick texture and soft carbonation. Not a perfect balance, but still a great beer!
