A golden ale using English hops throughout, in particular Bramling Cross. A blend of lager, pale and wheat malt gives a smooth but refreshing mouthfeel.

Large tight white head on a finely carbonated unclear pale amber coloured body.
Spiced fruit, confectionery & malt aroma.
Medium bodied, soft, soapy, lightly carbonated with a cloying back.
Wine Gums, spicy, berry, caramel & malt tastes with a peppery finish.
Nicely balanced & refreshing.

Cask somewhere at Paddington Station, London. Almost clear golden body with a small, fast disappearing white head. Weak aroma, light malt and hint of fruit. Flavor is slightly harsh and sour with some caramel malt and ripe fruit. Not in a god shape this one.

Bottled. Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is herbal, fruity and some mild grainy tones. Flavour is mild floral, grainy and mild biscuity elements with a wee bit of dried fruity sweetness to it.

Pours a hazy golden colour with a small mostly lasting foamy white head. The aroma is light biscuity malts, sweet apple and sweet citrus. A moderately sweet taste, sweet malts, apple and orange flavours with a light dryness but not much bitterness.

Cask at a pub in Bethnal Green. Vague gravity malty aroma. Clear gold. Thinnest white head. Light sweet. Fruit and biscuits. Light. Thin. Average-fizzy carbonation. Abrupt finish. Zzzz.

Half-pint, cask after breakfast at Shakespeare's Head. Shared with Finn. Almost clear golden body, low, white head, clingy lacing. Restrained grassy hops on the nose, a floral scent to it. The taste character has got a touch of leafy hops, hints of citrus, and earthy malts. Dry ending with distant bitterness. Fair enough. (London 24.11.2021).
