On tap at Haandfest. It's a golden colored beer, lightly hazy and topped by an off-white head leaving some lacing. The aroma is of the fruity kind, with a pleasant funkyness and bready maltyness. Lemon juice, generic citrus, leather and barnyard notes, as well as hints of grass and some floral notes. It's dry and pleasantly carbonated, medium bodied, with a light bitterness. Slightly doughy maltyness in the back of the flavor, with leathery funk, lemon, citrus, some grass and a faint peppery touch. A refreshing and quite tasteful beer, but the malty flavors are a bit odd. 190503

A lightly hazed dark reddish amber saison with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light cork, pleasant. In mouth, a nice tart mix of lemon pulp, buckwheat, grainy, acidity, very nice and smooth. On tap at Lupulus.
