Can, one month after canning. Pours pale yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is light yeasty and zesty hops with hay, citrus and light notes of stone fruits, as well as pilsner malts with bread and honey. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is zesty hops with pine, grass and citrusy notes, as well as pilsner malts with bread, honey and some yeasty minerals. Dry, hoppy finish. Quaffable, moreish and highly enjoyable.. My new go to drink this summer!

From can on the boat deck on board Fridtjofen 18.05.19. Clear golden straw colour. Excellently balanced taste of pilsner malt, munich malt and grassy hops with some meadows. Very quaffable! Lingering hop bitterness.

Can at home. Pours light golden with a nice creamy white head. Aroma of citrus, malt, light bread. Tastes slightly sweet with more than balancing bitterness. Thin bodied, dry mouthfeel, bitter finish. Damn good pilsner! 8

500 ml can, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Clear and very pale yellow colour, moderate white head. Pleasant aroma of grassy, herbal and floral hops. The flavour is a bit too sweet for me, but has decent bittering hops. A better-than-average pilsener.

10.05.2019, 0,5l can @ home:
Big bubbly-creamy longlasting head, slightly cloudy straw colored. Aroma is slightly fresh grainy, leafs, hay, minerals, light malts, flowers, grain, pine needles, hops, bark grass. Taste is harsh grainy, weeds, alcohol, bark, grain, sap, fruit stones, soil, minerals, harsh hops, old leafs wet grass. Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh grainy mouthfeel. Nice aroma...
