On Tap at BitterCreek, Boise. Foggy light golden with a big fluffy white head. Deep resinous hop character, full bodied for a hazy and a lingering sharp piney hop bite.

Canned, at AndySnow tasting. Hazy golden, small head. Lemony papaya aroma. Mid sweet with light-medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Papaya and grass. Metallic finish.

NEIPA with a double scoop of snark. Which would be clever if the beer was better, but as it is it’s just kind of annoying, an overly sweet pint with a modest citric hop profile and an earthy wet malt backbone. Mandarins are prominent, adding an unwelcome sugary undercurrent offsetting the juicier notes. Pours a hazed amber with a brief white head and little lacing. Not quite pillowy, but close. Skippable.

Canned August 9th. Thanks Jacob!
It pours a hazed orange with a nice head of foam that settles down to nearly an inch.
Pungent oranges, like they threw in the peel, grapefruit but really, it's all aboot them mandarins.
Yep, more of that orange peel in the taste. Bitter yet pleasing. Some grapefruit adds to the bitterness, some of the flavour borders on sweet but juicy is what describes this best.
First impression is that it's full bodied, heck I'll leave it right there.
I really like it but..not back to back.

Can from The Wine Thief - Downtown, New Haven. Pours like orange juice: orange, almost pulpy (not, it's just murky as hell), sloppy sewage head. Aroma is strong orange juice, grapefruit, pine, minor floral hops. Flavor is orange juice and rind... wow, almost exactly, with hints of tangerine - actually the flavor turns to tangerine and lingers. Dry. This is like drinking a glass of juice.

Draught at St. Augustine's, Vancouver
Cloudy blond color, creamy head. Creamy aroma, orangey flavor, fruity, some pithy bitterness in the final.
Good, a bit dirty.

Ridiculously hazy golden and peach coloured body with a thinnish, fast-dying just off-white head. Aroma of super dry, fragrantly herbal and grassy hops and spices with a bit of yeast noticeable and a faint sweetness at the end. Medium-bodied; Rich grassy and dry hay flavours dominate with a smooth and complex hop bite and lemon, spice and yeastie notes at the tail end. Aftertaste shows a hint of soured lemon and citrus along with a good dose of bitter hops and a touch of pepper on the finish. Overall, a super complex and robust beer that walks the line on IPA vs Saison well, but keeps flavours relatively straightforward, as a dry IPA. Nice to sample on tap as well! I sampled this sixteen ounce pour on draught at Whole Foods in Pentagon City (Arlington), Virginia on 23-June-2017 for US$5,00 sampled at the end of my driveway.
