Thanks for purchasing another offering in our series of "Big Mo" Beers. For as long as people have inhabited Colorado’s Front Range, the Twin Sisters have had a strong impact on Colorado residents. The views from atop the 11,428’ peaks are breathtaking and afford sweeping views of the entirety of Rocky Mountain National Park. As an expression of admiration we have crafted an ale that exhibits a profound impact all its own. At 11428 IBU’s (just kidding), Twin Sisters is a mountainous testament to hops, and that they bring. A feeling of ease and relaxation become apparent for all whom would dare to climb it. So for all that enjoy summiting ales with copious hops additions to achieve a felling of contentment and awe, we offer Twin Sisters Double IPA. Enjoy!

Sampled from the tap at the Oklahoma Craft Beer Fest. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of pine, grain and a hint of sweetness. Flavor is full of pine with a bit of resin backed by sweet grains.

Dark orange-copper color with small white head. Floral, resinous, maybe honey, not so fruity aroma. Taste is a bit boozy, heavy body, slight bitterness. Feels almost like a wine. Low carbonation.

Flaske 650ml delt med Rune og naboen på Nerstranda 4 Nov 11. Aprikosfarget. Lettskyet. Kniplingslacing. Utmerket aroma av mørk frukt. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken er syrlig frukt og stikkelsbær. Tørr avslutning.

650ml bottle bought at Vinmonopolet Vika. Shared with Finn and the neighbours next door. Huge pearl white head leaving foamy lacework behind. Hazy apricot coloured body. Floral hops on the nose, hints of fresh fruits. Taste of fresh tropical fruits throughout. Fruity bitterness to the finish. Smooth in the mouth. Full bodied. Hidden alcohol. Likable (Tromsø 04.11.2014).

22 oz bottle. Thanks D! Pours a soft copper. Quick disappearing head. Aroma is floral and fresh fruit. Initially bitter hoppy flavors with an eventual sweet finish. This is not what I expect from a double IPA, but it was a nice surprise. Well hidden alcohol. Smooth. Delicious.

Recomendable.

65cl bottle from a trade with Cunningham. Pours clear amber with an off-white head. Hoppy and malty aroma with pine, caramel and hints of alcohol, fruits and spices. Sweet, hoppy and caramely with a decent bitterness. Medium+ body with an average carbonation. Decent DIPA.
