Hazy golden-orange colour with a frothy white cap, good stay and some sticky lacing left. Fresh herbal aromas with some fruity malts giving orange notes, mild spices blending, even hints of vanilla. Refreshing mouthfeel with a light, building dryness in the finish. Good, fresh herbal hops with citrus-zest. Was not expecting such a good Triple du nouveau monde with this one - but very drinkable, with some grassy bitterness that is well-balanced.

Tripel, me reet. Hehehe.

Can at home shared with Caesar. Unclear orange color, small to average sized white head. Smell and taste malts, sweetish, quite sugary with a lot of residual sugars it seems. Hmm not great.

Can at YNWA Kolding. Hazy golden with a big white head. Fruity aroma with peach, orange and pineapple. Sweet fruity flavour with juicy hops. Great modern interpretation of a hoppy Tripel

A lightly hazed golden orange ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, loads of oranges, dankness, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with loads of citrusy floral hops, papaya, candy sugar, light curacao, pleasant and smooth. On tap at Octenbulle 2018.

Bottled, from Capsules Bière L’Axe du Malt, Québec City. Cloudy deep golden, mid sized head. Rich aroma of tangerine with some marmelade. Dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Heated and peppery with lots of tangerine, some marmelade. Mid bitter finish. An elegant tasty mix of new world and old world, Québec style.
