(Draught at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm, 10 Dec 2016) Pale yellow colour with brief, white head. Wheaty, fruity nose with citrus, bread, herbs and hay. Malty, wheaty taste with notes of bread, citrus, coriander, basil and salt. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Quite enjoyable.

Keg @ BBB. Pours tiny hazy golden with a small frothy white head that leaves some sparse lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity and slightly herbal with crackers, lemon juice, yuzu juice, Thai basil, lemon balm, coriander, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is sour, slightly salty, fruity and slightly herbal. Mouthfeel is soft, round, slightly dry, tart and light to medium bodied. Finish is tiny sour and slightly salty with white bread, lemon juice, Thai basil, lemon balm, coriander, yoghurt and rock salt. Solid Gose. Just the right amount of sour and salt. Refreshing with well integrated added herbs. --- Beer merged from original tick of Brahsilika, Lord Ov the Brocean on 21 Jul 2016 at 18:55 - Score: 7. Original review text: Solid Gose.
