AIBF2016. Blackish brown pour with a small beige head. Beautiful Hill Farmstead/Anchorage-esque fruity brett nose. Heavy yellow tropical fruits and dusty barnyard. Light roast and bready malts. Kumquats and citrus zest. Light sweet and sour taste. Soft round tart mouthfeel. Beautiful sour with very pleasant fruity funk and balanced tartness.

Thanks Tommy for sharing the 37.5CL Bottle. 9% Sour. Is this a Bruery Collab? This is a reddish brown beer with a light tan big bubbles head. Smells of cherry, coffee, licorice and papaya. Very soft and delicate easy mouthfeel almost bottle conditioned. Holy licorice flavor. whoa. a little tannic acid and a lot of overly bitter roasted notes. start is a port wine ropey flavor then leads to that licorice barley. intense beer. ABV is hidden.

A deep dark brown ale with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet nutty caramel malt with light fruity esters, alcohol warmth, herbaceous character, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with light coriander, curacao, molasses, alcohol warmth, woody notes, very nice.

The Well, Brooklyn tap: pours dark brown with an off white head. Aroma is woody, malty, a bit acidically funky, and some berry fruitiness. Taste is mildly sour... probably closer to tart. Fruitiness and wood are certainly present. Good not great.

Draft at Pro Pig, Half pour size, deep dirty brown, thin head. Aroma is dirty oak, mild funk, acid. Weak old dark fruits.

Flavor is oak heavy without a lot of funk. Some dark fruit and weak yeast. Not much in the depth department. One dimensional. Still not bad in anyway.
