Old notes from 2016 - 750ml bottle brought from Traditions Du Nord shop in Cassel, Northern France. Pours a dark hazy amber colour with a foamy beige head. Aromas of yeast, grain & orange. Tastes of orange, spice, grain, yeast and is fairly sweet which leading to a very nice orange/spice/yeasty medium bitter sweet finish.

Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk at home. Slight haze and dark amber colour lasting thick ivory head. A little sweet and sickly for a triple. I had a couple of this style today and this was the least good. Some candied tangerine and orange but a bit too sweet. Good bitterness on the finish, just a very slight touch of puke.
