Backlog January 2016. Clear dark golden body under a fading white head. Aroma of sweetish malt and caramel. Taste is mostly sweet malt and caramel malt, low bitterness. Medium body and same aftertaste. Rather boring.

Gylden brun klar med lavt hvitt skum. Lukter malt, korn og noe fudge. Lett. Søtlig smak, uten særlig bitterhet. Kort

33cl bottle (7% ABV.) from Vinmonpolet Grünerløkka, Oslo. Pours clear amber with a minimal, off-white head. Malty and caramelly with hints of spices, alcohol and licorice. Sweet and caramelly with mild spicy and Christmassy notes. Fair enough.

Bottle at home. One year old bottle. Pours a slightly hazy deep amber color with a beige creamy head. Aroma of caramel, leather, sweet biscuits and hints of smoke and orange peel. Malty flavor of bread, caramel, grassy hops, wood and leather. A little dry in the end. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a light to medium bitterness. A malty and sweet beer. Easy-drinking, but where is the spices?

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a huge tan head. The aroma has notes of malt, fruits, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and fruits, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks Rune.

Pluss for etikett-design. Minus for pris, språk og bryggerinavn. Her er det duket for misforståelser.
