Bottle shared with Višnja 666 and Pilot Goran at a Mega Tasting, September 9th 2017. Dark brown with red tint, minimal head. Strong aroma of red fruit, prunes, barrel ageing easy to pick up in a form of Sherry or Porto aromas, spicy, funky, gluey. Moderate to strong sourness, very dry. Creamy texture, medium to full body, low carbonation, strong finish, with a light alcohol presence. One of the better wild ales.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Festival 2018, pours a deep dark burgundy with a small beige head. Aroma brings out loads of balsamic, Worcestershire sauce, and tart red fruits. Flavour is similar, with lots of balsamic, wood, and tart red fruits. Woody and balsamic, with light acidity on the finish. Pretty nice.

Tap at Craft Bier Fest Wien. Surprisingly complex, loads of lambic-like character. Part acetic, part lactic, part woody, fully wild. Really great, medium-low sourness, thin body, high carbonation, rich character.

Sampled from tap at CBF Vienna 2018. Clear, very dark brownish red with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish, sourish, extremely woody and slightly fruity aroma of lots of oak, caramel, vinegar and cherries. Slightly sweet, quite sour, fairly woody and slightly fruity taste of massive oak, cherries, vinegar and caramel, followed by a medium long, quite tart, woody-dry and slightly vinous finish. Medium body, slightly astringent, almost creamy and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Good, but not the most refined example of the style.

On tap at Lajbah, Ljubljana. Pours almost clear copepry brown colour, topped with a medium sized offwhite head, medium retention. Gentler soury nose, vinous. Slight leather and some gentle fruits, a bit of vanilla and woodiness as well to be noted. Medium strong vinous sourness, later on quite vinegar-like. A bit burnig vinegar feel in teh finish, a bit too much actually. Fresh feeling and light body.
