Lattina. Al naso l'aroma rimanda al fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è evanescente. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il piano sottostante si presenta nuvoloso. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frutta secca, pane cotto di recente, agrumi, arancia rossa e limone.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours orange gold, fairly transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is weak floral. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is moderately bitter, with some underlying sweetness. Final is average.

Tap at drunken duck refettorio birraio. Golden dark color almost clear, creamy white head. Flavor is malty with biscuits and plum, hints of orange and a leftover of cheese. Something peppery in the finish, a vague spicy note. Sweetish bready taste, smooth finish. Medium body, Average carbonation, mild oily texture. A decent bock.

On tap at Buskers in Rome-IT. Pours hazy golden color, creamy white foamy head. Nose: alcohol medium feel, yeast, malts. Mouth: alcohol, rich on the malty side, a bitter hoppy touch. OK.

From tap. Ppurs hazy orange with a small white head. Mild citric, fruity and mild crisp hoppy. Smooth fruity. Bitter, smooth crisp bretty. Lingering dry and solid hoppy into the finish.

250 ml. draft @ Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Golden, big creamy white head. Nose is mellow blue cheese, faint dank, quite hoppy, light bread,… Taste is amazing blue cheese & hop mixed with light creamy apple, caramel, light yeast,… Light & touch caramel body. I love beers that tastes of blue cheese & this one is no exception. I usually associate that flavor profile with Sorachi Ace but it doesn’t always come across like that depending on style etc. A few other hops seem to be capable of doing the same. Anyway I absolutely adored this.

Draft at In De Wildeman. Pours clear orange golden with a white head. Aroma of dough, malt and light biscuit. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and bitter. Light to light medium bodied with light carbonation.

on tap oro buona schiuma piuttosto persistenten discreto naso maltato anche in bocca buon corpo leggere note etiliche ma non fastidiose discreto amaro note ebacee
