Tap @ Styrbjörn. Tvålig doft och hipp humlepuff. Efter det kommer bananer. Torr, intetsägande. Vad skall man säga. Något gott måste jag finna. Tja, glaset som den serverades ur var väl ok.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 3 Oct 2014) Hazy amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, wheaty nose with notes of orange, apricots and clove. Fruity, malty taste with orange, apricots, clove, caramel and soapy wheat. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness and a balanced citric bitterness. Hefeweizen with fresh, citric hops sounds like a good idea, but this one doesn’t really take off in any direction. Still quite enjoyable.

Draught@SBWF2014. Hazy amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, wheaty, mild toffeeish notes as well. Flavour is similar, but also has some caramel and mild spices to it. Refreshing and quite clean taste.
