A full bodied ‘Dortmund Export’ style lager containing no less than eight ingredients. Made with water of a profile similar to that found in Dortmund, this is a true lagered beer.
The whole process takes forty days and nights to complete. What emerges from conditioning is a light amber beer with a rich and complex mouth feel and yet a crisp and clean finish.
The finest English and German malts are employed along with Mount Hood, Perle and Saaz hops. Spicy, minty and floral notes are detectable, but not overwhelming.

On tap at the brewpub. Cloudy golden, medium white head. Malty, bit yeasty, some light fruity notes, sweetish. Light to medium bodied.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear, deep gold. AROMA- almost no aroma, some malt, yeast. FLAVOR- neutral, slightly bitter, very yeasty, malty, odd. Medium bodied.
Strange, but not bad.

A golden lager with a thin white head. In aroma, light sweet fruity malt with faint hops. In mouth, a sweet fruity caramel malt with light grassy hops, lightly cloying, so-so. On tap at brewery.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear rich yellow with off-white creamy large head, slight doughy aroma, a bit astringent taste, longish finish with sweetish hops aftertaste, A good lager.

Tap @ the brewpub. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fresh hops, straw, grass and malt. Easy drinkable.
