Pale amber colour with a white head. Aroma of hops and malt. A little bitter flavour.

Better the the ordinary Pripps Blå, but unfortunatly not that much. Those beers are for a foregin old regim.

I talked Brad(brewfiend) in to opening this beer, a full five years past its best-by date. And it is a in a green bottle. Considering all this, it was surprisingly good. Somehow not lightstruck or skunked.. It is a solid lager that I would drink again, but not at the nearly $3 cost.

(Bottle 33 cl) Fully golden with a small head. Very smooth and malty with quite some sweetness in there and notes of caramel. Nice all right. 190700

Bottle. Minimal hop nose. Deep golden, big bubbles, quickly fading head. Ok balance, but watery and boring. My opinion may be tainted by the awfull meal I got this served to.

Golden coloured. Complex maltiness dominated by crystal malt. A little bit of bitterness. This could have been a really nice beer if it wasn't for the typical plastic Pripps house character shining through, but still it's a tremendous step up from their usual stuff. My rating is for the 5.0% version.

1) don't get the version with 3.5% alcohol. There are stronger versions of this beer available. 2) Word on the street is that this is one of Pripps' better beers. That's too bad.
