Belgo-French farmhouse ale. We used a unique blend of noble and new-world hops to create this hoppy, citrusy take on an old but not forgotten style.

375ml can into schooner. Cloudy amber beer with a foamy white head. Nose is malt and faint yeast. Sweet, yeasty, fruity, refreshing with a quite intense bitter lemon finish. There's some lingering stonefruit too. Nice saison, well balanced and well made.

Can. Gold with a white head that fades fairly fast. Floral and spiced with mildly funky dough. (A tad too) Sweetish with some orange and biscuit as well. Finish is dryish, spicy and nicely bitter. Pretty good.

On keg at the brewery taproom in Marrickville. Pours pale gold with a white head. Aroma: dough, citrus, peach, grapefruit, hint of funk. Taste: light sweet, light funk, peach, nectarine, touch of pepper spice. Light to medium body, soft carb, creamy mouthfeel. Dryish, light bitter finish.
