Canned (thanks GodOfThunder!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is rice, some corn and mild salty elements. Flavour is maize, rice and some earthy tones. Sweet'n'cheap.

In my hand is a 24 oz can of a brew now evolved apparently into The Bull. 5.9% it says at the top of the can. I have a shaker glass to catch enough for a look to determine color and head. Then on to a brown bag to handle the rest of the can. This will be interesting, I have not had a Schlitz of anything in probably 20 years. Likely more. The pour shows a clear light yellow with a spotty head of fairly white foam. I smell grain and corn. The taste is canned corn, grain and white bread, a bare bit of citrus, no particular character to have it stand out. A drink from the can improves the sensation. Though a relatively mild malt liquor, the beer does have a small presence to it. A big deal to some people back in the 70's. Nothing to dislike but there are plenty others I like more.

Can, as Schlitz The Bull Malt Liquor (Stroh's). Pale gold with a white head that never quite disappears. Mildly grainy aroma with a little paper. Dryish with no fumey notes. Again, slight paper. Not much of anything really. A little corn at the end where bitterness is just noticeable. Vacant. Nothing terribly offensive but nothing good either.

From old tasting notes. Bright honey gold color. Creamy white head. Pungent, vinous malty aroma. Flavor is initially bittersweet but fades quickly to become bland and listless. Light sour aftertaste.

Can (from Miami). Pale yellow color, small white head. Aroma of light green apple and alcohol. Light-bodied, watery palate. Soft flavor has some corn and green apple. Watery, simple, sweetish.

Massive 24oz beast at the thunderbird malt likka tasting. It pours clear golden with a medium white head. The nose is grass, sulphur, chlorine, turps, tinned fruit and lighter fluid. The taste is grainy, sweet pale malt, corn, burnt butter, white sugar, tinned peach and metal with a sweet finish. Mediumish body and high carbonation. Nasty nose, partially better taste. Best so far.

16oz can poured into a shaker. Pours a dark gold with minimal head. Aroma of sweet sugar water, rotten apples and a little metal. Taste is light sweet. Sugar water and cotton candy. Full bodied with a slightly sticky texture. Lively carbonation and a long finish. Overall, not bad. A little on the plain side, but still drinkable.

Can @ the First Annual Rocky Mountain Malt Liquor Tasting. Light yellow appearance with a white head. Piss, litterbox, shitty pale malty, boozy aroma. Corny, pale malty, somewhat drinkable yet shitty flavor. Somewhat drinkable but still shitty.
