St-Feuillien Belgian Coast is a light IPA, dark golden in colour with subtle hints of orange and a firm, white head. Belgian Coast IPA boasts an unrivalled range of aromas. The main one comes from hops in all its forms. It has a complex character, with fruity, citrus notes alongside floral and herbal flavours with a slightly resinous dimension. The bitterness is both intense and diverse. Belgian Coast IPA is the perfect combination of two brewing traditions, where the aim is to create a beer that brings together the intensity and bitterness of an American IPA with a certain level of lightness and balance. 7 varieties of Belgian and American hops have been selected to create this beer : Brewer’s Gold, Magnum, Fuggles, Northern Brewer, Mosaic, Citra and Cascade.

Pours a hazy dark orange with a huge white head. Aroma of yeast, fruits, herbal, peppery spices, some hops. Long bitter finish. This is not much of an IPA, simply a Belgian Ale with a little more hoppy bitterness, or a hoppy Saison. That being said, this is a tasty brew. Update 19-09-15: Had this from tap and it’s the fruity hop profile is much more on the foreground. Very nice fruity Belgian IPA.

On tap. Golden colour, hazy, frothy head that stays for a while. Aroma is lots of peach, mango, a bit of pine. Light sweetness, light bitterness. Light body, easy to drink. Very good!

Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een oranje geel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een hoppige wat citrus achtige geur. De smaak is hoppig, bitter en wat gistachtig.

Keg at Brewdog in Brussels, Belgium. An amber coloured pour with a thin white head on top. Hoppy, malty, caramel on the nose. Tastes quite similar, hoppy, malty, caramel, hint of orange fruit in there. Enjoyable IPA.

Belgian coast IPA On tap at delirium cafe Orange color, almost clear, big white head. Fresh nose, aroma is juicy, hoppy, pine, resin and citrus. Pale malts foundation. Light to medium body, refreshing bitter taste, carbonated, generally bitter, long dry bitter finish. Feels light but bitterness is punching.
