A blast from the past, our old school IPA takes no prisoners, hopped right through the boil and dry hopped to death. Upfront it is all tropical fruit and aroma, then it finishes with a long and assertive bitterness

God duft av frisk citrus. Fin honningfarge. Mye kremet skum. Frisk og god litt syrlig smak av citrus med en god lang ettersmak.

Bottle @ benzai thx to benzai. Unclear (unlike Benzai says) orange with a huge off-white, chunky head. Smells hops, fresh, grapefruit. Very explicit hops smell. Tastes hops, fruity, fresh, grapefruit, bitter, sharp. Medium body, great carbo.

330ml bottle bought at the House of Trembling Madness in York. Clear, dark apricot coloured body, cloud lag with the last pour. Decent off-white head. Fresh aroma of citrus, grapefruit and orange. Blended flavours of grapefruit and caramel malts followed by resinous hops towards the ending. Fine bodied. A pleasure to drink a beer like this. (Shared with Finn, Tromsø 01.10.2013).

330ml bottle. Amber colour, foam white head and aroma of malt, citrus & pine hop plus a smokey note. Taste is smooth caramel malt with bitter grapefruit, peach & woody pine resin. Oily medium bodied, soft carbonation, lingering warming bitterness through to a dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; hazy amber pour with foam white head, pine hop aroma, pine taste with a hint of grapefruit quite bitter and drying no heavy caramel that you get in some DIPA’s, really enjoyed this.

Cloudy amber beer, good off white head. Palate is a little soft. Nicely joined up beer. Soft creamy malt with a nice mix of pine, sweet tangerine and mild peach. Finishes soft and silky. Very mild bitter linger. Whisper of apple. Good stuff.
