Small head, yellow-brown colour, quite bright for an amber. Aroma is a lot of different cereals, some barley. Taste is heavy on those French unwashed malt notes, but they’re rather harsher here, a very bready taste. Dry finish. Just all right.

Orange beer, well-carbonated under disappearing yellowish head. Very demure nose, with malts, some coloured, point of hops even. Clean, crisp grains & toasty taste, slightly coloured malts again. Well-carbonated, some slickness, pappy feeling. Quite characterless, in fact. Txs to Stef!

Bottle at Academie de la Bière, Paris
Cloudy amber color; big head. The aroma is not impressive, quite thin body, no flavor whatsoever of malt, just dry mouthfeel, and quite strong bitterness at the end. Brewed with poor materials, resulting in a poor beer.

My bottle reports this address: "2 chemin du Vivier-Guyon, 08000 Charleville-Mézières"
As Per’s, it also says that the beer is brewed at de Proef (strange, since it’s so bad).
