Highly aromatic and sensual, this novel pale ale delivers a fresh hop flavor like no other brew. Its secret? Fresh hops piled into our boiling kettle just hours after their harvest. With many more of their essential oils intact, these “wet” hops add glorious notes of juicy, fruit to a lightly sweet and balanced brew. Best enjoyed fresh!

Pour is a clear copper with a large white head. Aroma is some dank hops with a bit of onion and herbs. Flavor is very clean hop with some minor malts in the backround. Again I get a bit of onion but this finishes so clean and juicy with hops the onion is quickly forgotten. This is not a hop bomb by any means, it’s just a clean easy drinking pale ale.

Bottle. Amber with an inch of white head. Aroma is floral and spicy with some green wood, grapefruit, bread. Bittersweet, toasty, herbal and woody with a creeping oily resinous bitterness. The hops have an oozing quality that can come from wet hops rather than punchy intensity. Bitterness is very strong after a while. Pretty good.

Bottle says don’t store, drink now. Well, its too late fer that. Thick looken viscous amber colored ale. I don’t call many beers amber but this is. Yesserrie, big zesty hoppy kick in the jaw. From the first touch on my taste buds I know this is thickly and bitterly hopped, wew. Big nasty nellie greets me as the session continues. She want to run a roto tiller across my numbing tongue. Big strong chewing on green grapefruit rinds soaked in pine tar resin. Perhaps that’s where the amber color comes from - pine tree sap. Finish is like the aroma, industrialized volatile heavy machinery IPA. Its pretty funny tthat ratebeer lists this an in APA, HAHAHAH,ww wew.wewwww

Bottle, stamped enjoy by 3/10/15. Nice to see this in Boise and fresh! Pours a deep orange/copper color with a small beige head. Aroma is strong with floral and herbal notes, a little bit of citrus. The freshness is duly noted; floral and herbals, hint of tea. Nice malt base and lingering bitters. Very enjoyable.

Damn tasty stuff. Gentle hops dominate aroma and taste. Aroma is more citrus, taste more pine. Light orange copper body with small soapy head. Mild yellow grapefruit finish. Very well done APA.

Pours deep, clear gold into a snifter. White head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Fresh mint, sweet caramel and resin aromas.Medium to thick with damp fresh mint and hop leaves upfront turning to bitter earth and resin in the lasting finish.

12 ounce bottle from Beer Run, opened 11/13/14. Pours a clear copper with a thin fizzy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of green hops, caramel malt and a bit of raw malt. The taste is green, vegetal hops, caramel malt, a bit of raw malt. Medium bodied, strong lingering bitterness, alpha acid bite, moderate carbonation. A bare bones beer but quite solid.
