Schooner on tap at Beer Deluxe, Sydney. Looks fantastic, hazy golden beer with creamy white head. Many tiny bubbles. Aroma of citric fruit and grass cuttings. Very mild taste, quiet finish. A superior quaffer (at 6.2%!) with light touches of fruit and cashew. Very pleasant in the sun but pushes no boundaries.

Bottle. Clear amber with a white head. Aroma is assertively piney, with grapefruit, nectarine, toast. A bit over the top with the pine, really. Sweet carmale and biscuit, load of pine, rather less grapefruit. A bit weedy at the fairly bitter end.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with an orangey head. The aroma has malt, caramel, and some fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, over ripe fruits, red currant, and malt, leading to a dry lightly bitter finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of bluebetty. Pours a hazy amber with a frothy and lacing off-white head. Odd phenollic aroma combined with overripe fruit. Medium body, lowish carbonation, sweet caramel and muddled hops leaving a bitter but not particularly aromatic finish. Needs some work! 030612
