375ml can into glass. Bronze beer with bubbly white head which thins out quickly. Nose of cheap malt biscuits and grain. More depth and bitterness in the taste makes this a pleasant refreshing ale. Finish is dry and grainy. Easy drinking.

Bottle, 10C. Cloudy pale amber with a white head. Aroma of lime leaf, weeds, biscuit. Light bodied, too fizzy. Sweet biscuit, moderate bitterness, really pretty dry at the end. Very Australian lime/ grass/ weeds. Old fashioned but good.

Hazy amber, aroma is a bit toasty, w mild malts. Earthy/crackery character. Well-made and well-balanced beer if lacking in hop brightness.

From a 330ml botttle on 14/10/2012. Pours a cloudy golden with a small white head, with some yeast floaties present. Has a very mild fruity aroma. The flavour is more impressive, with a big pile of citrus notes up front, some biscuity malt and quite a firm hop bitterness at the back. Has a touch of Cooper’s Pale about it, but is quite distinctive in its own right. A solid pale ale.

On tap at the Sail & Anchor, Fremantle 7/04/2012. Amber with a slight white head. Aroma of citrus hops and biscuit malts. Flavour had more of the same, with a slightly yeasty edge and bitter finish. Good.
