(Bottle) Pours clear golden with big white head. Subtle aroma - slightly lemony and herby. Medium body with plenty of carbonation. Mouth filling and almost fluffy. Taste is quite dry and bitter. There’s lemony and herbal notes at the start, and a transient hint of sweetness in the mid palate. Very enjoyable.

Pint on tap at New Sydney, Hobart. Cloudy amber beer with frothy white head. Steady fine carbonation. Creamy malty fruity nose. Crisp and grainy with slight fruit in the finish. Excellent refreshing ale. Good sessioner.

At the brewery. Hazy, light biscuity, hint of yeasty. Balanced, albeit not very exciting brew.

Bottle from Jason and Angela at home. Hazy dull golden amber pour with big puffy head. Aroma is a hoppy European pale ale - bitter earthy, not Aussie/Kiwi fruity. Taste follows. Not bad, good amount of bitterness but not very flavorful. Bitterness is more earthy/dusty.

Bottle. Clear gold with a white head. Aroma of hay, oranges, flowers. Sweet pale malt, lots of oranges, a bit of apricot, some pepper. Lingering bitterness. Nothing very exciting, but quality.
