Purchased at Breeze Thru in Wauwatosa, WI; enjoyed at home on a Saturday afternoon after a quick run. Appearance is a vibrant semi clear gold with a rich and frothy white head. Aroma is soft and floral, touch of spice, yeasty, smells nice. Taste is also wonderful with bright citrus notes, pepper, flower pedals, and some other stuff that tastes good. Well done and delicious!

Draught @ CBC. Pours golden with huge white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, earth, grass, herbs. Flavor is malt, yeasty, dust, eart,, herbs, grassy hops, little citrus and light sweet. Thin body, lively carbonation, refreshing dry finish. 040513

Sample from tap, CBC 2013. Cloudy, amber-orange colour with a small, off-white head. Sweet aroma with spices, orange zest, hay, some sweet, herbal notes - probably honey, light pepper. Taste is medium sweet. Medium body. Finishes dry with citrus hops and yeasts. Nice Saison.

Pours yellow with a foamy white head. Aroma of fruity hops, some farmyard tartness and yeasty notes. Taste is sweetish, fruity and hoppy wit some hints of tartness. Finish is hoppy and yeasty, quite nice saison.

Pours amber with a large head.Nose shows funky saison yeast, soft bready malt and wheat along with faint spicy hops. Inviting.Some bready malt as a flavour along with some mineral content contributing to the very dry finish.Carbonations seems a bit excessive.

Bottle. Gold with a large white head. Aroma of lemon pudding, apricots, dough white pepper, light funky/ tropical fruit. Medium bodied, high carbonation. Nice sweet/ tart/ spicy bitter palate. Apricots, (too much) dough, pepper, hay, oranges, vanilla. dryish finish. Bitterness creeps up after a while. Good, but a little heavy on both yeast and ripe fruit.

750 ml bottle. Pours a hazy cantaloupe hue with a large cream-colored ice cream float-like head with excellent retention; leaves some soapy-looking lace. Aroma is spicy, fruity, floral, citrus powder drink, a tad funky. Taste is lightly sweet and savory. Mouthfeel is foamy, body on the thin side. Decent.

Pour is a hazy orange with a large white head. Aroma is very musty, pepper and citrus. Flavor is funky, sweet with a peppery spice. After the swallow I get lots of the funk with a nice fresh fruit. This is a great saison and now that this is in 12 oz bottle it makes it a little more affordable.
