Mildly hazed, golden colour with a white, frothy cap, pretty good retention and nice foamy-soapy lacing left. A nice fresh, Pilsner nose with a balance of spicy-sweet malts, herbal hops and the pepper adding just a little extra spiced touch. Cereal malts in the flavours with a mild herbal touch and just hints of pepper and Oolong tea. A refreshing, Pilsner-like lager with the added hints of Sichuan pepper and Oolong tea that makes this 4% beer stick out a bit.

Draft @ BBP Wanderlust festival 2019, shared with RB Belgian team.

14/IX/19 - on tap @ Wanderlust (Brussels), BB: n/a - (2019-1417) Thanks to Sebletitje, Rubin77 and ElManana+1 for sharing today's beers!
Clear orange beer, small creamy off-white head, stable, non adhesive. Aroma: malty, grains, hay, cabbages, cow fodder. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice bitterness, hoppy, dry, malty, grains, hay. Aftertaste: malty, black tea, harsh bitterness, not getting any guava here? Not a fan…
