Draft @ ML Fontainas Italian beer wknd. Dorée au col blanc. Arôme au nez plaisant léger sur les grains avec un rétro pils et agrémenté de fines notes houblonnées tirant sur les agrumes - léger citron vert; Palais est finement amer et houblonné, assez sec au niveau des grains et de l'apport de levure. Malt pils sur effervescence moyenne voire haute. Touche fruitée sur la fin, mangue, tropical et agrumes.

Il gusto al naso propende per luppolo e floreale. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma cremosa, che ha una buona tenuta ed è persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. La carbonazione è abbondante. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. La carbonazione è allegra e vivace. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, erba, agrumi, pompelmo e spezie.

Crystal clear, pale, straw-golden with a small, white head showing moderate retention.
Grassy, somewhat acidic, hoppy nose. Herbs and white pepper are strong and forceful and quite aromatic. Sparse malt in the nose, however, mostly cracker.
In the mouth it seems to be heavy Mandarina. Good, malty, supple texture with good attenuation levels. Maybe it's more like Mosaic on second thought, as it's a touch scalliony and has punchy papaya and pine. The more it wears on, the more the scallion builds up until it's just about all I taste. Very light herbal and lemon accents on the very end. Soft, chewy texture with engaging carbonation. Hate the hops here, but the beer is immaculately well-brewed in every other aspect.

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours crisp gold with a good fluffy head, white. Aroma is a mix of herbaceous, a little citrus, and tropical. Nice. Body is medium-light with low carbonation. Taste is moderately bitter, with a good malt body behind giving some underlying sweetness. Finish is relatively short.

On tap @So Good (Rome). Dorata, limpidissima, schiuma media abbondante. Al naso sentori di crosta di pane, pasta lievita, grano, erba tagliata e frutta tropicale. In bocca è morbida ed equilibrata, maltatura corretta con finale amaro, fresca e discretamente secca. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Molto buona.

Tap at So Good, Rome-Italy. Golden bright a bit hazy, off-white foamy head. Nose: aggressively grassy, weed, raw weed with hints of hops extract. Mouth: crispy pils, clean, bitterness is balanced, tasty and charming.
