Well, the word "lightly" is correct. Sweet, little bit of raspberry, nothing tart though. It does actually taste like a proper cheesecake of the synthetic kind, just could be some stronger flavours. Raspberry saroma. Tasty for sure, but very thin.

44cl can, no BB, bought @ Fira del Poblenou, BCN, @ Box Social booth. Ambre, col beige disparaissant vite. Arôme marqué de framboise et cake à la framboise assumé par l'ajout de vanille et de lactose qui rend le tout assez proche d'une IPA fruitée - la douceur latente se ressent même au nez - le caractère naturel de framboise devient de fait un peu réduit. Palais est léger au niveau de l'aspect pale ale - retrouve pas mal de framboise sur le fini doux - cheesecake bien présent.Retrouve peu le caractère un peu aigre de la framboise - qcq notes de malt pâle et grains sur la fin avec une épaisseur latente d'avoine. Le tout n'est pas vraiment aidé par une effervescence faible. Too much pastry kills the pastry.

20th July 2019: Rhythm 'n' Brews festival at The New Inn, Newport Shropshire. 440ml can; BB 17th Jan 2020. Hazy body, pink head. Raspberry tartness rules the roost here, although there is also a heavy malt presence that attempts to give some balance.

Keg @ Station. Pours hazy pink, pinkish white head. Indistinct berry nose. Taste has some light raspberry and lactose, not sure about the cheesecake. Expected a little more rosy raspberry flavours and smoother creamier body to warrant the cheesecake tag, but it's ok.

Keg at craft beer co clerkenwell. Pours deep reddish orange, nose is raspberry, funk, toffee, taste is juicy raspberry, quite tart, creamy.
