Tom Green Beer

Single at the LCBO... and lots of them, awesome !! When he started in Ottawa, I was his biggest fan. Seriously. He wanted me on his show as his biggest fan. I was there live, every week. For the beer, pours a dark brown with a creamy mocha head, goes down quickly thought but some creamy lace is left, here and there. Roasted malts nose with coffee and hints of molasses. Wet mouthfeel with just a little stickiness. Chocolate malt taste with notes of coffee and some dark fruits. Overall, pretty mild for a dark milk stout and goes down very easily as really not thick and heavy. Could drink lots of these. Cheers Tom !!

Bottle from brewery. Pours deep reddish brown with a generous dark beige head. Nose is caramel and chocolate with a bit of vanilla. Very sweet start with a slight bitterness at the end. Very smooth and not at all heavy. Carbonation is quite soft. Quite enjoyable and unlikely to offend the neighbours.

A clear dark brown stout with a thin creamy compact brown head. In aroma, sweet phenolic chocolate with light vanilla notes, nice. In mouth, a grassy chocolate with coffee and solvent notes. Probably because of the cows....

Not sure what the reasoning behind these star collabs are. Pours black with good head and lacing. Average. Malt, light roast. Average carbonation. Slightly sweet, slightly sour finish. Bottle at Session.
