Keg at Piwpaw Beer Heaven, Warsaw, 06/04/17. Clear golden blonde with a decent off white cap. Nose is mellow barrel, orange squash, grapefruit, citric tinged straw, light funky notes. Taste comprises grapefruit, orange pith, brett tingle, white grape, light spice, citric tinged straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a citric tang and balanced hop bitterness. Ok stuff.

Tap. Pure golden color, white foam. Aroma: light sourness, strawberry and pear, herbs. Taste: sweetish, light bitterness, fruit, knits, strange.

Draft sample @ PiwPaw. Dorée sur léger trouble, col blanc crémeux. Arôme au nez centré sur un effet presque brett, peu en terme de barrique ou de ce que j’attends de Jack Daniels, pas mal d’agrumes en rétro. Palais met en avant pas mal d’agrumes et pamplemousse avec un ajout modéré de whisky. Effet de raisin blanc virant quasi sur le brett. Petite note levure belge?

Keg at pwipaw. A clear golden yellow sticky white head. Aroma is nice floral lemon, citrus, wood, perfume, pine needle. Flavour is composed of bretty funk, tart lemon and pineapple, wine, oak, funky tropical fruits. Palate is tangy, tart, highish frothy carbonation. Good stuff.

Keg at Beer Heaven - Warsaw. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy, pure white head. Some pale wood in the nose, vague bretty funk, lemon peel. Medium sweet flavour with some diaper noes, grassy bitterness, woody dryness, citrus peel. Medium bodied with average carboantion. Warming finish with more grassy bitterness, more pale drying wood, some further funk. Fun, novel.
