330ml bottle from Vinmonopolet Bestillingsutvalget. Shared with Skinnyviking and Finn. Near clear golden body, dotted spots on the glass, tiny white head. Smell of grassy hops. Sweet fruity taste of pears and orange. Leafy bittersweet ending. Soft in the mouth. Satisfying (Tromsø, 07.12.2015).

KØLF 161015. Deep golden colour with an off-white head. Flavour is metallic, rubber, malt, hop, citrus, malt, hop, caramel. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

Flaske 330ml fra Vinmonopolet Nettbutikk. Fellesinnkjøp med Rune. Delt med ham og Skinnyviking på Nerstranda 7 Des 15. Pen gyldenbrun. Middels høyt luftig skum. Rik plommearoma. Smaken søt frukt. Litt syrlig etter hvert. Bra!

Fra flaske på Mi2 Cardinal des-15: klar gylden med fint skum som holder seg. Lett citruspreget med betydlig innslag av krydder og sitrongress. Fint karbonert og god munnfølelse. Pale ale er et fullpakket felt, så det er vanskelig å lage noe som skiller seg fra mengden. Denne gjør foreløpig ikke det.

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal. Clea, pale golden. White head and lacing. Aroma of weissbier, cloves and lemon grass. Similar tatse. Slightly unfresh. Medium low bitterness.

330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 6%. Hops are Simcoe, Amarillo and Saaz. IBU is 30. The brewery’s Belgian house yeast is WLP 575.Gusher bottle. Slightly hazy deep golden colour, huge white head. Spicy and peppery aroma, some woody notes too. Spicy and woody medium dry flavour, did not blow my socks off, but drinkable. The hops are not dominant.

Utseende: Rødgul gyllen farge.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is harsh mineraly, weeds, old leafs, soil, bark, minerals, harsh grass, paper, harsh hops. Taste is harsh grassy, weeds, bark, harsh grass, old leafs, alcohol, soil, minerals, paper, dried grain, hay. Medium bitterness, watery and harsh medical mouthfeel. Meh!
