Bouteille 33cl, apparemment dégustée début sept 2015 mais jamais encodée. Léger ambré, col fin beige. Arôme au bouquet houblonné, fruité agrumes, malt modéré avec un rétro levure assez prononcé. Palais est malté, pâle, léger caramel ressent une bonne note de levure bien belge. Un peu sec, amertume fine, houblon sur un côté pin, la levure revient sur la fin que je trouve un peu trop présente.

Clear orange beer, small irregular fizzy off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: malty, orange peel, bit dusty, yeast character, fruity notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, very very yeasty, bit sweet, sourish, bit unpleasant, metallic. Aftertaste: bitter, bit malty, medicinal touch, lots of yeast notes, meh. Where's all those hops?

Clear amber colour, white head. Aroma of caramel, malts, marmalade. Light bitter flavour, malts, light yeast. Malty finish, light caramel.
