Draft at Goodnight Irene’s in Wildwood, NJ. Amber orange with a creamy beige head. Faint toasted malt nose. Spicy bitter hops upfront. Light bodied and drinkable. Big bitter hops throughout. A bit out of balance for my liking.

12 ounce bottle from State Line. Pours a clear amber, large creamy off-white head. Decent retention. Aroma of grainy malt, earthy, floral hops, caramel. The taste is grainy, raw malt, herbal, piney hops. Medium bodied, strong lingering bitterness.

Draft at the source. Amber color with some lasting head. Aroma is pretty much a lightly hopped amber. Caramel and fruit. Body has a creamy smoothness within a medium body. The hop has a lingering dirty earthy flavor. Slightly different hop for an amber.

Draft - Sweet piney and floral hops with a bunch of roast. Deep copper with a nice white head. Roast with some pine hops. This definitely reminds me of a black IPA, much more than an Amber.
