Dark gold color, medium head. Roasted hints in aroma. Rather malty profile. Medium to high bitterness, medium sweetness. Low to medium body. Medium carbonation.

Bottle, 6.4%. Farty aroma at first, but later there are moderately refreshing hops. Cloudy grey amber colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour has a pleasant clove note and a less pleasant, slightly astringent, bitterness. Yeasty finish with more clove. If it is a Belgian ale, then it is definitely a hoppy one. Very low carbonation, unfortunately.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with small, bubbly off-white head. Clear aroma of fruit, malt and yeast, with some flowery and hoppy hints. Dusty and malty flavour with notes of yeast and fruit and touches of hops and allspice. Estery aftertaste. Hardly any carbonation. Funky but not really exciting.

Draft sample @ Warszawski Festiwal Piwa 2015. Dorée, col blanc crémeux. Arôme est fruité tirant sur un léger ananas malt modéré en rétro. Palais garde un profil centré sur le fruité, je note pas mal d’ananas, pointe herbacée et un malt sec pils. Belle présence tropicale avec un fini fruité vert de citronnelle voire de lichee.

Butelka 0.5l (26.09.2015). Piwo zmetnione o ciemnozlocistej barwie. Piany praktycznie nie ma, tylko cienki bialo-zolty kozuszek delikatnie znaczacy szklo. Aromat charakterystyczny dla Belgii, przyprawowy, owocowy, delikatnie winny z gleboko schowanymi nutami chmielowymi ale bardzo subtelnymi. Piwo lekkie, troche wytrawne z delikatna goryczka i slodkim koncem. Nuty owocowe, slodowe, slodkie w smaku ale slabo wspolgraja ze soba. Ogolnie belgijski charakter jest zaznaczony choc piwo szalu nie robi, jest delikatne ale przyjemnie rozgrzewa, dobrze pijalne ot taka typowa belgijska nuda, ...hmm, niuda. No ale taki styl i juz.
