Smell of smoked ham. Creamy beige head, black colour. Aroma of ash, some roasted malt, smoke. Not much else. Velvety palate, soft but rich carbon. Heavy body considering the 2.4 ABV.

Draft sample @ Warszawski Festiwal Piwa 2015. Brune foncée, col crémeux léger blanc-cassé. Arôme de fumé malt Weyermann assez typique, bouquet lactique funk avec un rétro amplement axé sur un léger grillé qui laisse tout de même la place au bouquet de Groziskie de conserver son style. Palais reste dans le style, en apportant sa petite signature par cet ajout malté plus foncé et grillé. La bière conserve toujours son caractère funk-fumé, mais avec un ajout au niveau du malt qui reste bien pensé et ajoute au style tout en gardant l’esprit de la tradition.

Draught. Dark brown to black colour, brown head with good lacing. Aroma is smoked, but not aggressive, quite much nuts, some caramel, bread. Light bitterness. Light body, but not watery. Very good!

Draught, smallish bubbly head, quite clear deep brown color with some dark red hues, aroma of dark bread and light smoke, flavor of wheat and charred wood. Nice.

Draft @ Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a slightly roasted malty weak smoky caramel aroma. Roasted malty smoky caramel flavor. Has a roasted malty smoky thin caramel finish

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild smoked and toasted. Mild fruity and grassy bitter. Light herbal. Bitter and dry finish.

Barwa ciemno brunatna z ladna piana. Aromat zdecydowanie wedzony, genialny . W smaku lekkie, gladkie, wedzone, kwaskowe z lekka slodycza. Dobrze pijalne.

On tap @ Setka Pub, Poznań. Pours cloudy dark brown with small off-white head. Clear aroma of yeast and caramel malt, with notes of smoke and touches of hops. Mild, smoky flavour with notes of roast and malt and estery tones. Low carbonation. Estery and roasty finish. OK but quite mild.
