Rare Barrel tasting @ Malt Attacks, Brussels, thanks Pierre for sharing the bottles. 75cl.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with small off white head. The aroma is light funk, citrus, oak. Medium mouthfeel with strong oak, light yeast, citrus with light tart finish. Very nice.

Bottle sample at my 5555th rating tasting at Sar HaMashkaot Ramat Gan. Thanks Dagan. Hazy yellow with a white head. Lovely funky aroma with oak, vinegar, sweat, yogurt and lots of fruits. Sour flavor with mild sweetness, fruits, brett, vinegar, yogurt and fruitiness. Medium-bodied. Very good.

Aroma has some light pineapple and tropical fruit with moderate lactic acidity. Moderate citrus note. Pours a slightly cloudy yellow gold with a thin white head that liners on the edges. Flavor has a nice light but noticeable acidity with a nice lemon character. Light sweetness in the finish. Moderate pineapple and tropical fruit notes. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium acidity. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall a pretty decent beer and better than I remembered when I had it last time. I’d prefer for a bit less sweetness though. Hint of an odd note that isnt diacetyl but is close.

Tap at Gallery II: Beauty From A Barrel. Pours dishwater gold with a slight white head. Aroma is citrus sour. Med minus body. Flavor is essentially citrus sour barnyard. This is really good.

Tap @City Beer. I wish I had better notes, but here goes! Pours hazy golden with a small white head and some lacing. Aroma is bretty and fruity, with notes of oak. Flavor is light sweet, light tart and just a little touch of funk. A bit of woody astringence as well, but not a lot. Lightish body. Nothing amazing, but a pretty solid house beer!
