0.33 l bottle, thanks to my aunt for getting me this. Pours deep amber with thick white head. Aroma of pine, resin, malts and sweet alcoholic notes. In taste the same notes appear, combined with a bitterish, dry mouthfeel on the palate. Quite light bodied, softly carbonated thus easily drinkable. I’m not familiar with this style, so I did not know what to expect, but I liked it.

Al naso arrivano indizi di orzo tostato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al palato prevalgono impressioni di caramello, miele, cracker, frutta secca, pane tostato ed agrumi.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma beige fine persistente, color ambrato velato, al naso lievito frutta matura esteri e leggero solvente, in bocca frutta matura agrumi e ancora solvente, carbonazione moderata, corpo medio, alcool troppo in evidenza, dolce con amaro moderato. Draft during the FAI Via Lattea, Milano 11 maggio 2014. Ambrée, col beige, blanc cassé. Arôme de malt caramel, léger grillé avec un petit bouquet fleuri et légèrement mielleux. Palais est malté sur une pointe d’épice et un petit renfort organique mielleux? possible dans une scotch ale. Pointe de malt chocolaté en toute fin de bouche. Garde un palais légèrement épicé assez agréable avec un petit fini de grains.

33 cl bottle thanks to Reza! (Not on ratebeer)BB 15.11.2014, sampled on May 14, 2013.A bit hazy copper color, very small tan head. Sweet, herbal, alcohol scent. Herbal, spicy, alcohol taste. Alcohol, vinous aftertaste. Acidic. Retrieves more balance when the yeast sediment is added.

Bottle in Genoa purchased from Enoteca Squillari. Light haze on this amber beer, tidy pale tan head. A mild gusher! Possibly mildly infected. Rich malt but not at all heavy. Caramel with a little coca cola. Dry finish with mild minerals. Good try but not quite hitting the mark yet.
