Bottle @ home. A gusher. Unusually and interesting beer. Aroma is actually like roses with wood and a spicy touch. Same goes for flavor, roses, floral, spicy, oak, mild acidity and some funk. Easy drinkable, refreshing and sure interesting.

Quite good if retreating bubbly white head over veiled yellow-golden beer. Brettanomyces - the floormop variety - and a fruity/herbal extra. Peachj golden berries. Bretts again, with almost perfumey herbal flavours. Bit thick MF, slick, long lasting. Very good carbonation. Aftertaste sports spiciness with something as nutmeg. Peach returns, and white grapes. Quite special. Starts as an USA Brettbeer but gets more exotic & complex in the aftermath. Txs to Dieuwert!

Lys brun klar med hvitt skum. Lukter brød, smør og roser. Middels fylde. Lett bitter. Smaker bondegård, urter og smør. Middels lang.

Draft - Herbal and grassy with a touch of lemon and white flower. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Light and almost sweet with a touch of melon. Light and easy drinking.

Hazy yellow colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have soft sweet malts and light sweet fruitiess. Quite plain.

Il gusto al naso fa riferimento alla buccia di arancia. L’intensità olfattiva è normale e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La consistenza del liquido è limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. L’amaro è medio. L’intensità gustativa è normale e la persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è dissetante e semplice. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l’aroma riporta sentori di miele, resina, pino e agrumi.

Draft @ Open Baladin, Milano. Léger doré, col blanc léger. Arôme offre de belles effluves herbacées rappelant ce bouquet d’herbes italiennes variées, le rétro-nasal offre un bouquet léger malté oscillant vers un malt pilsner. Palais est malté, légèrement houblonné herbacée avec un rappel varié, ici du thé vert et là un type sauge et thym. Basique mais agréable à déguster avec un petit renfort houblonné de style noble. Le tout profite bien de ce côté herbacé. Encore un exemple que l’on peut faire bien en restant léger.
