Bottle, pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out sweet cereal malts. Flavour is along same lines, with sweet cereal malts and some light herbal notes. Nothing very complex but decent enough. Meh.

16 oz. can thanks going to Lectvay for the chance to try this. Saison from a can, hell yeah!! Golden bright hazy color with massive head retention on a vigorous pour. Aroma is grain, yeast and grassy hints.

The main body of the brew is grain with a light yeast element. Flavor is lemon peel, light dusty Belgian yeast and pale grain. Texture is dry with a nice effervescent over the tongue. Grain and lemon linger. Ya know for a saison in a can it’s pretty damn good! Thanks Jeffery.

50cl can via trade in Brussels courtesy of BuckeyeBoy.

Special brewed for the Coops anniversary, and very well done. Hazy pale golden with thick, fluffy, but silky head. Flowery, yeasty, doughy, mildly spicy, smooth and tasty (savor it for a minute, let it warm slightly). Right up there with the French farmhouse ales and saisons. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Can: Looks a little like wildflower honey with a thick white head. Nose is mostly yeast, a little floral, and spent grains. Mild flavor is grain, more yeast, esters, and faint florals. Sort of a soft and dirty version of style... OK, but I’m having a little difficulty getting into it. Thanks to Buckeyeboy for the hookup.

16oz Can picked up at the CoOp. It is an anniversary beer for them an all. pours out a cloudy golden topped with a puffy white head. Aroma of light banana, grain, clove, and some spice. Taste is a little spice, grain, herbs, and a odd end. Overall a pretty tasty beer not your normal Saison. A great project for a local brewing company to show support of a great local CoOp.
