Draft @ Green River, Bologna showing 7.8%. Cuivrée, col crémeux blanc cassé. Arôme est citronné sur de belles notes d’agrumes avec un rétro nasal plus classique noble. Bouquet levure belge se fait bien ressentir. Retrouve des notes fruitées avec qcq effluves épicées. Palais est épais et malté entre caramel et crystal. Cette épaisseur rappel une note avoine. Grade cette approche belge surtout au niveau de la levure. Cette dernière couplée aux houblons offrent des notes légèrement épicées, herbacées avec un palais rappelant les feuilles vertes. Petite note d’agrumes et amertume noble, se rapproche pour moi, plus d’une ambrée belge.

75 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden deep amber with a small tan head. Aroma is spiced and caramelish. Sweet malty, smooth hops fruity. Light bitter and mellow malty with a light alcohol presence. Smooth toasted and light fruity hoppy finish.

mogano buona schiuma persitente naso agrumato maltato leggere tostature speziato di lievito in bocca attacco maltato poi agrumata nota fruttata e buon amaro finale
