This copper-colored ale is crafted with roasted malts, Belgian sugar, and a touch of wheat for a rich caramel flavor and a smooth toffee finish.

12 ounce bottle pours a rich mahogany brown color with a small creamy beige head. Sweet toasted malt nose has notes of cane syrup and brown sugar. Sweet toasted malt flavor has a nutty pecan-like flavor that has a clinging, chewy mouthfeel. Slightly fruity with a touch of vanilla and grain in the finish.

Reviewed from notes.
The appearance had a brown colored body with a one finger off white head, moderate foamy white lacing.
The smell had a lot of malts and sugar, really super light fruit very subdued in the background.
The taste was overly sweet suggary maltiness, no balance.
On the palate, it sat about a medium, fairly sessionable, sugary dry finish, bland sugary aftertaste.
Overall, this is definitely a beer to have with dessert or for dessert, good for a malt drinker who wants a beer, but I probably won’t come back to this.

Bottle. Pours a clear amber brown with a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a bread note with underlying sugar and a hint of darker grains. Flavor starts with the same bread note that lasts throughout and is complimented by a bit of sweetness from toffee.

Dark Brown, Big Head Dissipated Rather Quickly Leaving Decent Lacing. Roasted Malt, caramel, sweet. I did not get any hops, nor wheat. A little too thin and too light ABV to be a real winter warmer. A little bland, toned down, while it should be sharper and bolder. Knowing that this is Coors Product, it is rather decent. OK.

Bottle@Hare and Billet, Blackheath, SE London - Dark brown/amber in colour with a medium beige head. Caramel malt and ripe/dried fruits, sweet sugar and toffee most prominent here overall. Not bad and pretty warming seasonal.

12 oz bottle courtesy of my in-laws. The pour is clear brown ruby with a minimal light tan head. The aroma is raisin sweet malt, along with a dusty dry note - not really earthy, not really cardboard, sort of a synthetic dusty dry. The taste is somewhat mild raisin fruit sweet malt, along with vanilla and caramel notes, and a lightly bitter finish. More sweet arrives in the aftertaste, along with the synthetic dryness of the nose. The palate is medium bodied, higher level of carbonation and the sweet dry finish.

12 oz. bottle. Dark brown with a medium, beige head. Smells like bitter-sweet chocolate, coffee, molasses, cereals, and light resin hops. The flavor is sweet and very mildly bitter. Light to medium body, sticky and grainy. Overall, this is a malty, sweet beer, but lacks the fruity esters and yeasty notes that define a Belgian ale. Not that impressed.
