Clear amber beer. Softish semi dry palate. Bitter hops are immediately evident alongside some bitter lime. Not much else going on other than a dry finish with a bitter lime aftertaste.

courtesy of googzoid10, always nice to try these nice West coast beers. pours hazy orange, light off-white head. aroma, mostly a thin lemony scent, hops, herbal notes flavors, light and delicious lime palate not adding too much of tartness, zesty with touch of malts, light bitetrness with a lemongrass palate. Lime is a little light but blends well with the IPA approach clocking at 7.5% this was easy to drink.

22oz bottle from Brewtopia
Appearance: Pours clear amber with a nice white head leaving some lacing in the glass
Aroma: Pine & lime
Taste: At first it is pine, then finishes bitter but with a nice lime flavor that is not to overpowering.
I really like this beer, I could have a few of these. I wouldn’t call this an IPA, more of a extra pale ale. Very good!

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a white head and a clear copper body. Aroma of light hops and caramel. Taste is bitter with not a very complex hop profile. Some orange, caramel and a touch of kaffir lime. Medium carbonation.

Bomber from Liquid Solutions. Pours a reddish copper with a frothy off-white head. Aroma seems citrus and perhaps pine. Medium body with stiff, but soft, carbonation. Flavor seems to be pine, and something like chewing on a citrus twig. It is almost creamy, and it’s most definitely bitter. Sort of a floral/citrus/pine combo. Really good. Finishes clean.

Crisp golden amber coloured body with a dense and nice lacing tan head. Aroma of light limes (kind of like a cheap beer), fresh hops, malt and a dose of alcohol. Medium-bodied; Fresh floral and piney hop flavour up front fading to a milder malty and slightly caramel flavour at the end. Aftertaste shows a lot of lime tartness with a good hop kick. Overall, not a bad beer - an interesting combination, and almost works! I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased at Bottleworks in Seattle, Washington on 25-April-2009, sampled on 31-May-2009 when the Red Wings won the 2nd game of the Stanley Cup finals!

Draught. Poured orange with thick white head, much lacing. Aroma of hop, citrus and ’n bietjie hop. No lime. Strong hop flavour, as an IPA goes. No lime, kaffir or otherwise. Lasting hop finish, very lasting, a half an hour later and I still taste it.
