After brewing and fermentation, CH’TI beers are kept for long weeks in storage tanks. In the calm and cool (0°C) environment, the beer matures, develops a finer taste, perfects its aroma and acquires its natural and characteristic sparkles. It is here also that the beer obtains its balance, finesse and gleam. The Ambrée is brewed since 1986.

A dark reddish copper ale with a thin creamy lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light grassy hops, light chalky notes, ok. In mouth, sweet caramel malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light treacle, OK. On tap at Le Gabilot.

Color - red with an amber tint. High head. Fruity aroma with apples and some caramel. Malty hints. Some melanoidins and raisins are present. Rather high sweetness, very low bitterness. Slightly sour. Medium body, slick in mouth. Medium carboantion.

5/8/2020. Bottle from Beers of Europe. Poured clear pale amber/copper with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma of toffee, dried fruit, malt, citrus and caramac bar. Medium sweetness and light to moderate bitterness. Medium body, slight creamy texture, average carbonation. Fruity and a little watery to finish. Overall enjoyable and a little bit surprised by this one.

Flesje gekregen van Inoven. Het is een helder amberkleurig bier met een stevig medium schuim. Het aroma is zoet en citrusachtig. De smaak is zoetig, noten en citrus.

Very good clean stronger than Tastes malty, with not a lot of hop bitterness, but nicely balanced, and the yeast gives a clean, non-belgain style complementary feel. hopcult dresden

Bottle. Amber color. Caramel, pear and a hint of metal in the aroma. Malty sweet flavor, cake mix and pear. Somewhat sticky, but a decent flavor.
