After brewing and fermentation, CH’TI beers are kept for long weeks in storage tanks. In the calm and cool (0°C) environment, the beer matures, develops a finer taste, perfects its aroma and acquires its natural and characteristic sparkles. It is here also that the beer obtains its balance, finesse and gleam. The Ambrée is brewed since 1986.

Bottle. Reddish colour, head disappears quickly. Aroma is lots of caramel. Heavy sweetness. Boring!

Pours amber from the bottle. A frothy head settles to a stable, creamy layer. Aroma is quite malty — full of caramel, honey and a touch floral. Taste is okay but less interesting, sweet up front with a somewhat lackluster, brittle, mildly bitter finish. Body is medium, carbonation is soft. Decent.

F: huge, tan, good retention. C: coppery, clear. A: malty, bit caramel, grassy, tomato, bit nutty, bit herbal. T: malty, caramel, bit fruits, toast, honey, nutty, bit orange peels, herbal, medium body and carbonation, not bad, partially enjoyed, almost all French beer are more sweet as it should be, 33cl bottle from Carrefour hypermarket in Hazebrouck, France.

Amber colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have a lot of sweet malts. A bit of caramel. Ok.

Clear briljant medium amber colour, small frothy off-white head, half-way lasting, light lacing. Aroma toasted malts, caramel, raisins. Smooth taste, medium sweet and slightly bitter, malty, toffee, bit nutty. Mild sweetbitter aftertaste, abrupt finish, medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation. Smooth and tasty but lacks a bit character.

Flasche („Ch’ti Ambrée“, 33 cl) von Jenny Lou’s, Peking. - Kupferrot, klar. Trinkbar.

Bottled 330ml. -from Geant Albertville. Pale amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, lively carbonation, mild caramel in the nose. Toasted malt, caramel, slightly nutty and metallic with rather sweet finish. Better than Blonde but not much.

Flesje gedronken tijdens vakantie in Frankrijk. Amberkleurig helder bier met matig schuim wat langzaam weg trekt. Aroma is zoet en citrusachtig. Een smaak van licht geroosterde noten. De smaak vloeit licht uit.
