Cloudy yellow beer, creamy white head, little stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: fruity, little funky, citrus, floral, bit soapy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish tart, lemony touch, nice bitterness, grassy, bit resinous. Aftertaste: sour, dry, pineapple, resinous, bitter finish.

Keg at Borefts Beer Festival, De Molen, Bodegraven Friday 25th September 2015. Silvery gold with a busy white head atop, spicy yeast in mouth, softened in mouth, a washed out yolky colour. Grapefruit on the nose and in the mouth a little floral, not picking up the elderflower so much. Slim white head, refreshing. A7 A3 T7 P4 Ov14 3.5
