660 ml bottle from Ales by Mail.
Orange to amber, hazy body, with a medium, creamy, white head.
Fresh, juicy aroma of citrus, flowers, apricot, tropical fruits, resin, some pine, bsicuit.
Taste with about the same aromas, perfectly balance between the hops, bursting with fresh fruits and a smooth malt backbone.
Medium, slick to oily mouthfeel, with a medium carbonation.
Finishes medium bitter, slightly dry, zesty, fruity and a bit malty.

Amazing! I was really looking forward to this because of the high ratings - and it lives up to the hype in my opinion. Perfectly balanced, fresh, incredibly fruity and most of all surprisingly drinkable for this ABV. One of the best IPAs from Britain I’ve had so far!

28/XI/14 - 66cl bottle from a trade @ home - BB: 14/X/15 (2014-1439) Thanks to Leighton for the trade!

Pretty cloudy beige blond beer, irregular off-white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, passion fruit, mango, pineapple, sweet peaches, ripe exotic fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: lots of citrus, grapefruit, bitter, sourish, resinous, piny. Aftertaste: bitter, sweet malts, some honey, caramel, nice fruity hops, exotic fruits. I'm always a bit reluctant when a beer is hyped, and I'm usually the first to say it's not as good as many people think it is. But this one... Daaaang!

65 cl bottle @ VastActiv. Batch #72, BBE 14.10.2015. Thanks tiong!
Aroma is sweet with strong fruity tones. It has pineapples, grapefruit and juicy notes. Flavour has somewhat aggressive hops, pineapple juice and grapefruit. Very juicy, reminds me of alchemist heady topper.

660ml bottle from Beermerchants

BBE 14 OCT 2015 - Pours hazy yellowish orange with a smooth white head. Aroma of really fresh hops, zesty fruits, juicy notes, grass, citrus, mango, pine and resinous notes. Taste is very hoppy and fresh with loads of juicy fruitiness, citrus, mango, pine and resinous notes, hints of danky wet hoppiness too which is quite rare for a European beer. Finish is fresh fruity, juicy hoppy and a bit stuffy with lingering bitterness and crisp resinous notes. Alcohol is very well hidden. Quite awesome stuff, probably the best European interpretation of a proper west coast DIPA I’ve had so far. Not quite on the level of the legends (Pliny, Heady Topper), but pretty close and a really, really tasty DIPA nevertheless.
