75 cl. bottle, shared. Clear, golden colour with a few white bubbles on top. Sweet aroma with apples, vanilla, a dry fruitiness and a touch of yeasts. Taste is light sweet. Light to medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes sweet with apples. Fine for a cider with a low alcohol content.

[ As Løgismose Cidre Doux De Normandie ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apple, wood, vanilla, cocked apples - apple pie. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, apple, vanilla, cocked apples, sweet apples, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20150924]

Bottle split at the ABC Beers pre Borefts tasting, 24/09/15. Clear golden with a decent off white covering. Nose is rich apple, vanilla, sweetish. Taste comprises apple pie, vanilla icing, light smoke. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent cider.

[9/24/15] Bottle sample at the pre-Borefts tasting at ABC Beers in Den Haag. Thanks everyone who shared bottles! Golden. Aroma of apples and rotten eggs-like sulphur. Sourish-sweet flavor with apples and some sulphur.

Bottle @ ABC Beers Borefts Pre-tasting. Hazy yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste both have a nice apple peel, green apples give a slight tart hint. Not bad.
